Agranovich Nadezhda Vladimirovna graduated with honors from the medical faculty of the SSMI in 1982. Clinical residency in therapy, and then full–time postgraduate studies (1985 – 1987).

She has been working at the Stavropol Medical Academy since 1987, first as an assistant at the Department of Internal Diseases of the Pediatric and Dental Faculties, since 1999 as an associate professor, and since 2006 as a professor at the same department.

In September 2009, she was appointed Head of the Department of Outpatient Therapy.

In 1986, she defended her PhD thesis on the topic: "The content of dopamine in the mucous membranes of the stomach and duodenum, blood and urine in duodenal ulcer" (Krasnodar).

In 2006, she defended her doctoral dissertation on the topic "Scientific and organizational justification for the development of a preventive direction in the system of providing nephrological care to the population" (Moscow).

Nadezhda Vladimirovna is the author of 528 scientific articles in collections and journals, 211 of them published in the journals of the Higher Attestation Commission, SCOPUS and international, 68 textbooks, of which 23 textbooks were published with the stamp of the UMO, 9 patents for invention.

From 2006 to 2020. Nadezhda Vladimirovna was the dean of the Faculty of Vocational Education and Training, and since 2020 she has been elected director of the Institute of Additional Professional Education.

She has the highest qualification category in "Therapy" and "Nephrology". She has Certificates of the Ministry of Health of Russia and Stavropol Territory, medals "For the training of medical personnel" and "200th anniversary of the Caucasian Mineral Waters", the badge "Excellent Health Worker".

She is a member of the dissertation councils of the FGBI VO DGMU and FGBI SKFNCC FMBA of the Pyatigorsk Research Institute of Balneology, a member of the editorial board of the Bulletin of Medicine and the International Journal of Medicine and psicholog, a member of the board of the regional Scientific and Practical Society of Therapists, a member of the Russian Society of Nephrologists, a member of the scientific advisory council of the Stavropol Territory Duma Committee on Social and Youth Policy, education, science, culture and mass media.

Since 2010, Professor Agranovich N.V. has been a Federal expert on the quality of vocational education.

By Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 290 dated 05/02/2014, he was awarded the title of "Honored Doctor of the Russian Federation".
