Registration of research topics (cathedral, interdepartmental collectives) is carried out after approval by the Scientific Coordinating Council of StSMU (see the list of necessary documents in the section "Approval of the research topic") when submitted to the scientific and analytical department of StSMU:

1. Annotation (in paper and electronic form by mail kirsha2012@yandex.ru marked with the Abstract of the department (specify the name of the department)
2. The form for sending information about the beginning of R&D (in paper form signed by the head of the department, in electronic form in Word format to the mail kirsha2012@yandex.ru marked with the RK of the department (specify the name of the department)
3. Calculation of the estimated cost 
4. Statement

If you save the name of the research topic, its approval at the NCC is not required. The documents must be submitted to the scientific and analytical department (311 B)
