Functions:      

• Interaction with medical organizations of the Stavropol Territory and other subjects of the North Caucasus Federal District on the issues of providing them with information about the availability of medical vacancies, employment opportunities for graduates, and the hiring of our graduates.

• Participation in course meetings with graduate students of the specialty on their advice on the situation on the labor market in the field of healthcare, the choice of an employer and a specialty.

• Organization and holding of individual meetings of graduates of the specialty and residency with the heads of medical organizations from the relevant territories of the region on employment issues (job fairs).

• Formation and maintenance of a database of medical vacancies offered to our graduates by medical organizations, bringing them to interested parties.

• Participation in events held by the health authorities and universities of the Stavropol Territory and the North Caucasus Federal District on the coordination of work, exchange of experience in facilitating the employment of graduates.

• Implementation of systematic monitoring of the employment of graduates of the faculties of specialty and residency.

• Formation and provision of reporting and analytical materials on issues related to the promotion of graduates' employment at the request of relevant departments.
