The Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation draws attention to the fact that in accordance with Article 69 of Federal Law No. 323-FZ dated 11/21/2011 "On the Basics of Public Health Protection in the Russian Federation", persons who have received medical or other education in the Russian Federation and have been accredited by a specialist have the right to carry out medical activities in the Russian Federation.
A person is considered to have passed the accreditation of a specialist from the moment the data on the passage of the accreditation of a specialist is entered into the unified state information system in the field of healthcare (hereinafter – USISH).
Thus, in order to carry out professional activities after passing the accreditation of a specialist, obtaining a certificate of accreditation of a specialist on paper is not required.
