The scientific program of the conference is compiled by the organizing committee on the basis of applications received from the departments of StSMU. Sections are formed taking into account the number of declared participants within each direction (at least 7 scientific papers in one direction).
Applications are submitted only through the registration form. Applications in any other form (printed, e-mail, etc.) are not accepted! A sample application for uploading to the registration form can be downloaded from the link. Applications are accepted until 23:59 on April 5, 2023. After the specified time, registration is automatically closed.
During registration, you will need to specify the desired date, time and audience for the breakout session, as well as the expected composition of the jury. Holding breakout sessions should not disrupt the learning process as much as possible. It is recommended to choose the meeting time no earlier than 14:00. When specifying the audience, you must enter the exact address (for example, auditorium 39 of the Department of Public Health and Healthcare, Medical Prevention and Informatics. Main building, 310 Mira Street, 2nd floor).
The specified information will be taken into account by the organizing committee for the preparation of the conference program. However, the organizing committee reserves the right to make adjustments. The program will be sent in advance for approval to the e-mail of the department or the responsible teacher. Please provide a valid email address when registering.
The moderators of the breakout sessions are selected by the organizing committee. These may be the elders of the SNK of the corresponding department or members of the student scientific society. The final decision on the appointment of moderators will be made by the organizing committee.
Scientific research works performed by students or with their direct participation are allowed to participate in the competitions.
Residents and graduate students cannot participate in the conference.
There are no plans to publish the conference materials.
The winners of the breakout sessions are invited to participate in the International Youth Forum "Science Week", which takes place annually in November. The number of prizes is determined by the organizing committee depending on the number of participants.
