Head of the laboratory: Dolgalev Alexander Alexandrovich

The main purpose of the laboratory is to organize comprehensive fundamental and applied scientific research, preclinical and clinical trials aimed at creating personalized, biologically safe and clinically effective medicines, medical technologies and products. This activity should be based on the principle of a "full cycle", from the generation of an idea to its implementation at the stage of an industrial design.Основными задачами являются:

• analytical selection of information in the field of development and implementation of innovative medical technologies, medicines and products;

• organization and participation in scientific research in the field of creation of new medical technologies, medicines and products ;

• organization and participation of scientific research and development in this field;

• organization and participation in preclinical research (testing) of medical technologies, medicines and products;

• organization and participation in clinical trials of medical technologies, medicines and products in the performance of planned scientific work by StSMU staff, graduate students, doctoral students and applicants;

• planning a patent protection strategy for developments;

• establishing interdisciplinary cooperation with Russian and foreign organizations, industrial partners in the field of development and implementation of modern medical technologies, medicines and products;

• assistance in the implementation of fundamental, innovative and applied research at StSMU and other interested organizations.

• assistance in the preparation of publications of scientific papers based on the results of research conducted by the Laboratory.

FUNCTIONS OF THE CENTER

1. providing analytical selection of information based on meta-analysis in the field of development and implementation of innovative medical technologies, medicines and products;

2. analysis of the significance of projects on applied scientific topics;

3. analysis of the risk of not achieving the final result;

4. assistance in the preparation of innovative projects in competitions for financing scientific research (grants from the Russian National Science Foundation, grants from the Innovation and Development Fund, etc.);

5. participation in the work of the Scientific Coordinating Council of StSMU, participation in the work of the commission for reviewing applications for internal research grants, participation in the examination of patent applications for the selection of promising developments from the point of view of commercialization;формирование необходимого и достаточного состава работ, связанных с проведением доклинических и клинических исследований (испытаний) лекарственных препаратов и медицинских изделий;
   

6. development of protocols for preclinical and clinical trials of medical technologies, medicines and products;

7. participation in patent protection of developments, support in the registration of patents;

9. поиск и сопровождение во взаимодействии с индустриальными партнерами, оценка и управление РИД, заключение лицензионных договоров;
