Dormitory

Stavropol State Medical University has four dormitories: №1, №2, №3, №4, which include residential premises intended for temporary residence and accommodation of students, as well as auxiliary use premises designed to meet household and other needs. Dormitories meet the established sanitary and technical rules and regulations, other requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

All dormitories are built according to standard projects. The territory of the dormitories has fences, landscaped, paved. Surveillance cameras are installed around the perimeter, monitors are displayed in the watch rooms. Security is provided in the evening.

Students on a budget or paid basis, as well as foreign students live in dormitories,

The dormitories are 100% staffed by staff.

• rooms for organizing and holding events, rooms for self-preparation;

• formation of the socio-cultural student sphere.

In dormitories, due attention is paid to the establishment and maintenance of order in the premises and on the territory:

- cleaning days are held, landscaping and landscaping works are organized by residents.

Favorable living conditions are provided by commandants, castellans, carpenters, electricians, locksmiths, elevator operators.

The building of the dormitory No. 1 is 5-storey; 4 floors of them are for students to stay for the period of study. Accommodation of students is provided in triple rooms of the corridor type. Departments and departments of the university are located on the 1st floor of the dormitory. Also on this floor there are showers and laundry rooms. On the 2nd floor there is a study room for students.

There is a dining room on the territory of the hostel.

Hostel No. 2 has 3 floors for foreign students to stay for the period of study. Accommodation of students is provided in two- and three-bed rooms of the corridor type. The administration and the preventive center of the university are located on the first floor of the dormitory. The dormitory building houses a dining room, a reading room, and an outdoor playground for sports. The created living conditions allow students to feel comfortable and cozy throughout the entire period of residence in the hostel and contribute to quality education at the university

Dormitory No. 3 has 9 floors for students and doctors studying at the Institute of Additional Professional Education. Students are accommodated in single, double and triple sectional rooms, each section has a washbasin and toilet.

The clinic of endoscopic and minimally invasive surgery is located on the second floor of the building.

Each resident has the opportunity to access the Internet from his room or hall on the 1st floor. There is a sports ground for sports activities in the courtyard of the hostel.

Dormitory No. 4 is nine-storeyed. Accommodation of students is provided in single, double, triple rooms. A dormitory of sectional type. Each section has a shower, toilet, washbasins-2 pcs. In 2011, the building was overhauled, new elevators were installed.

The hostel has a library and a reading room. Everyone has the opportunity to access the Internet from their room.
