Candidate and doctoral dissertation topics are approved in the following order:
1. Preparation of an extended abstract, which should include the following mandatory headings:
1.1 The relevance of the problem
1.2 The purpose of the study
1.3 Research objectives
1.4 The object of the study
1.5 Phenomena under study
1.6 Research methods
1.7 Means used
1.8 The novelty of the research
1.9 Annual stages of the study
1.10 Expected results
1.11 Forms and step-by-step forms of implementation
1.12 Medical, social and economic efficiency
1.13 Scope of application
1.14 Implementation level
1.15 Aggregation
1.16 Calculation of the estimated cost
2. Discussion of the topic of the dissertation research at the meeting of the department.
3. Discussion of the topic of the dissertation research at the meeting of the problem commission
4. Discussion of the thesis topic at a meeting of the local ethics committee
5. No later than 5 days before the meeting of the Scientific Coordinating Council, the following documents must be submitted to the scientific and analytical department of Natalia Alexandrovna Zolotukhina (tel. 35-25-14):
6.1 An extended abstract with a certified title page
6.2 Application for approval of the dissertation topic addressed to the Rector
6.3 Calculation of the replacement cost
6.4 An extract from the meeting of the local ethics committee.
The topics of candidate's dissertations are presented at the scientific coordinating council by scientific supervisors, and doctoral dissertation research by applicants.
