The procedure and timing of certification by medical workers and pharmaceutical workers for obtaining a qualification category are determined by Order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation No. 1083n dated November 22, 2021 "On the procedure and timing of certification by medical workers and pharmaceutical workers for obtaining a qualification category".

The structure of the Coordinating Committee and expert groups of the department of the Central Attestation Commission in the North Caucasus Federal District was approved by Order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation dated 09/06/2022 No. 598 viewing "On approval of the composition of the Central Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation".

From 01.02.2019, the test control of knowledge within the framework of the qualification exam for the certification of medical and pharmaceutical workers for obtaining a qualification category will be carried out only using AIS "Testing" in the Central Attestation Commission on the basis of the EITI computer class at 8 Morozova St. as groups are formed according to the profile.The tests were prepared by the main freelance specialists of the Ministry of Health of Russia.
