Functions:      

• Identification of aesthetic needs of university students.

• Solving issues of strengthening the material and technical base of the Center for Culture and Youth Policy of Students.

• Ensuring the assistance of all structural divisions of the university, attracting creative unions, organizations, leading specialists of the city and the region to participate in the independent creative activities of students.

• Promotion of creative achievements of students, promotion of the development of creative abilities and inclinations of students, improvement of the quality of their training.

• Bringing information about the Center's activities to university students, preparing informational and bibliographic material.
  

• Ensuring coordination of interaction with the student trade union committee, deans, departments and individual teachers on the development and implementation of a comprehensive educational program for the realization of professional and creative opportunities of students.

• Formation of an information base on various areas of youth creativity and ensuring free access to it.Поддержка и развитие студенческого самоуправления университета.
  

• Organizing and conducting practical classes in music, vocal, choreography, drama.
