Archive Functions:

  • Organizes the reception of documents of permanent and temporary (over 10 years) retention periods, including personnel formed in the activities of the university, in accordance with the approved schedule.

  • Keeps records of documents and funds stored in the archives of the university.

  • Systematizes and places documents that are deposited in the archive, formed during the implementation of the university's activities.

  • Prepares and submits for consideration and approval by the expert commission (hereinafter referred to as the EC) of the University inventories of permanent storage cases, temporary (over 10 years) storage periods, including personnel, as well as acts on the allocation for destruction of archival documents that are not subject to storage, acts on the loss of documents, acts on irreparable damage archival documents;

  • Prepares and submits for approval to the Rector of the University inventories of permanent storage cases, inventories of temporary (over 10 years) storage periods, including inventories of personnel cases, acts on the allocation to destruction of archival documents that are not subject to storage, acts on the loss of documents, acts on irreparable damage to archival documents.

  • Issues documents and files for work in the archive or for temporary use.

  • Carries out the maintenance of reference and search tools for archive documents.

  • Participates in the development of university documents on archival affairs and record keeping.

  • Develops the nomenclature of the university's affairs, including the digital nomenclature. Submits the nomenclature of cases to the Rector of the University for approval.

  • Provides methodological assistance to the structural divisions of the university in the compilation of the nomenclature of cases, the formation and registration of cases, in the preparation of documents for transfer to the archive.
