Functions:      

• development of projects of local regulatory legal acts regulating the organization and provision of the educational process;

• control over the development of educational programs of the university in accordance with the requirements of educational standards, regulations of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation;

• preparation of documents for licensing and accreditation of educational activities;

• providing information and methodological support for the implementation of educational programs;

• ensuring timely informing of the university's educational units about changes in the current legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of educational and methodological work;

• organization of university-wide educational and methodological events;

• monitoring the implementation of licensing and accreditation requirements at the university;

• generalization and analysis of the results of the educational and methodological work of the university;

• generalization and dissemination of best practices in the organization of educational and methodological work of Russian and foreign universities, and development of proposals for improving the organization of the educational process at the university;

• providing organizational and methodological support for the work of the Coordinating Methodological Council and methodological commissions of the University;

• participates in the development of recommendations for improving the quality assurance system of education at the university, in its structural divisions.
