He was born on May 25, 1984 in Baku.
In 2006, he graduated from the Pyatigorsk State Pharmaceutical Academy.
In 2021, he graduated from the North Caucasus Federal University with a degree in Economics.
In 2019, he completed professional training in the direction of "Head of Digital Transformation" at the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation.
From 2013 to 2021, he worked at the Ministry of Health of the Stavropol Territory.
From 2017 to 2021, he held the position of Deputy Minister of Health of the Stavropol Territory.
From 2021 to 2022, Vice-Rector for Informatization at the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of the Russian Ministry of Health.
From 2023 to the present, Vice-Rector for Informatization and Strategic Development at the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of the Russian Ministry of Health.
He is married and has a son and a daughter.
