Mazharov Viktor Nikolaevich

Viktor Nikolaevich Mazharov was born on September 24, 1959 in the village of Petropavlovsk, Stavropol Territory.

In 1977, he entered the Stavropol State Medical Institute, from which he graduated in 1982.

From 1982 to 1983, he completed an internship in the orthopedic department of the Budyonnovsky Dental polyclinic.

Since 1983 - Head of the orthopedic department of the Budyonnovsky Dental polyclinic. In 2000, V.N. Mazharov was appointed chief physician of the Budyonnovsky Dental polyclinic.

Since December 2002, Viktor Nikolaevich held the position of chief physician of the Budennovsk Central District Hospital and since 2005, in connection with the renaming and changing the status of the hospital, he was the chief physician of the state healthcare institution "Regional Center for Specialized Types of Medical Care No. 1", which provided medical care to the population of the city of Budennovsk, Budennovsky district and eight districts of the eastern zone of Stavropol territories (Levokumsky, Neftekumsky, Arzgirsky, Blagodarnensky, Novoselitsky, Sovetsky, Stepnovsky, Kursk districts).

In 2006, he was elected a deputy of the City Duma, worked in the Commission on economic policy. In 2007, he was elected deputy of the State Duma of the Stavropol Territory of the IV convocation. He held the position of First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma of the Stavropol Territory.

From 2009 to 2020 - Minister of Health of the Stavropol Territory.

From 2020 to 2021, V.N. Mazharov is the Vice-rector of Stavropol State Medical University, Head of the Department of Public Health and Public Health.

On 01.04.2021 Viktor Nikolaevich Mazharov was appointed acting Rector of Stavropol State Medical University.

On August 29, 2022, by Order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation No. 196pc, he was appointed Rector of Stavropol State Medical University.

He is an honored doctor of the Russian Federation, awarded the badge "Excellent Healthcare Worker" for his services in the field of healthcare and many years of conscientious work.
