The X International Scientific and practical conference "Psychological health of the individual: theory and practice" was held at the North Caucasus Federal University.
Scientists and practitioners from Russia, Armenia, Belarus, and Uzbekistan took part in the discussion of modern challenges in the field of psychological health and the search for effective solutions. The conference included round tables and master classes on the practical implementation of technologies in work aimed at the psychological health of the individual.
The conference was attended by representatives of the faculty of SSMU. The following speakers addressed the plenary session::
- Professor I.V. Boev, Head of the Department of Psychiatry, Psychotherapy and Medical Psychology, with a report "Psychological mechanisms of personality disorders in the modern world";
- Professor M.I. Plugina, Head of the Department of Humanities with a course in Higher Professional Education, with a report on "Psychological support for health-saving activities of subjects of the educational environment of a medical university."
Associate Professors of the Department of Defectology, Russian Language and Social Work of the Faculty of Humanities and Medical and Biological Education of Stavropol State Medical University, Associate Professors I.A. Kolesnikova and E.V. Filimonova presented sectional reports on topical issues of diagnosing socio-psychological problems of families with children with disabilities and organizing socio-psychological rehabilitation work with them.
E.G. Abakarova, an associate professor of the Department of Humanities with APE course, took part in the discussion.
The conference covered the topics of psychological mechanisms of personality disorders in the modern world, the use of a machine learning algorithm for the psychological assessment of drawings of children who have survived forced resettlement, the topic of subjective well-being of an individual in the context of psychological and pedagogical support for educational subjects; psychological barriers in managerial activities, as well as psychological support for the health-saving activities of subjects of the educational environment of a medical university, and others.
