Rules for making an appointment for an initial appointment

Patients are admitted both in person and by appointment by phone.

An appointment in accordance with the directions of a doctor at the place of residence for obtaining specialized medical advice is made upon personal application of citizens to the registry.

The patient can receive information about the schedule of doctors' appointments, about the procedure for making an appointment with doctors, about the time and place of appointment by the chief physician at the registry orally and visually on the information stands of the clinic.

When applying, the patient must submit an identity document (passport), a valid medical insurance policy, SNILS, referral to the clinic, as well as an extract from the medical record with the application of the results of examinations (if available).
