Patients are admitted both in person and by appointment by phone.
An appointment with a doctor's directions at the place of residence to receive specialized medical advice is made upon personal application of citizens to the registry.
The patient can receive information about the schedule of doctors' appointments, about the procedure for making an appointment with doctors, about the time and place of appointment by the chief physician at the registry in oral form and visually on the information stands of the clinic.
When applying, the patient must submit an identity document (passport), a valid medical insurance policy, SNILS, referral to the clinic, as well as an extract from the medical record with the application of the results of examinations (if available).
