All photocopies of documents must be certified by the personnel department at the place of work of the student.

Applications for planned and additional cycles from the Ministries of Health of the republics, territories, regions and medical institutions and individuals are sent to the rector of the medical university or the director of the Institute of Additional Professional Education at least one month before their start.

Those who are late to study are enrolled in the cycle with the permission of the rector of the medical university.

Issuance of graduation documents

The issuance of documents on the completion of advanced training and professional retraining is carried out upon presentation of the cadet's passport and ticket.

If it is impossible to receive the documents in person, it is necessary to issue a power of attorney to an authorized person. The power of attorney must be certified by the head of the institution or notarized.
